Preclinical studies on brain organoids

At OrganoTherapeutics we aim to accelerate the development of therapeutics against brain disorders.

We believe that therapeutics targeting complex human diseases, like Parkinson’s, should be developed using complex human patient-specific models. That is why we offer tailored research projects from experiments to data analysis and interpretation.

Our team has developed Parkinson’s Disease patient-specific cell culture models, organoids and assembloids, that replicate the Parkinson’s pathology and, to an extent, that cannot be found in any other cell culture or animal model.

These organoid and assembloid models are IP-protected and have been used in the past 6 years in joint projects with academic and industry partners from Europe, the USA and Japan.
